MY REVIEW
This album has a good mix of original tunes and covers. It starts off with a
George Harrison sung cover of Chuck Berry's "Roll Over Beethoven", in which The
Beatles do a splendid version. I feel that the best cover song done on this
record is either this tune or "Long Tall Sally" sung by Paul McCartney.
The original songs on this album are typical early Beatles' songs such as "She
Loves You" and "I'll Call Your Name". They show good harmony throughout this
album and especially on the originals. This harmony quickly becomes their
trademark in the rock industry.
